I say that when you essentially "move on" that your rights as that person's caretaker go out the window. he does have children with another woman, however is still married to Terri, and is still primary caretaker in the eyes of the law, and now the courts...he's been offered money countless times and has been asked to divorce, in order to turn over the role to the parents to no avail... not saying it's right, just saying it is what it is...
