It's not the Oline scheme, it's the fact that our QB is not as fast as he was last year. He covered their deficiencies with speed. Also teams didn't realize how good Alf was, now they do. Bringing in Gibbs and Kubiak would do wonders for this team.
Its also the lack of talent to run the zbs. They are the rite size, but so was my 11th grade physics teacher. He just couldnt play football.

To those of you who are actually around the team and know a bit more than me are there any names floating around as legitimate candidates at head coach?
Is shanny really on the hot seat or is this something everyone is making up due to the losses this year. I know personally i'd have to THINK he's on the hot seat, and after seeing Kubiak go down it makes sense other coaches could follow, but sitting out here in California i only know what the media feeds me and its BS.
With Shannahans name being brought up a lot considering the Texans next head coaching job, does that prompt him to leave? If he had the open door there would he pass up his final year here and start fresh there?

This duke team doesn't have the horses but they don't seem to care. They play hard and believe. Nice to see. Anyone know anything about Cutcliffe?

Manning loves him. He was working with him when those tapes came out i believe. i think he was at tennessee when manning was there. Turned duke around as well. He's a little old however and not sure if he has any pro experience at all.

Jay Gruden is not my favorite option on this list, but he quickly becoming the best this organization can do. Snyder simply isn't going to have his choice of any coach in the country. Any coach who has a good current situation isn't going to do more than interview for the Redskins job. Limits the team to coordinators only, pretty much.
