As a HC, in the sense of being a leader of the organization, you won't find many better choices than Shaw.

I think Grimm's window has likely passed

Don't sleep on Hue Jackson as a possible staff addition

Whisenhunt is an intriguing name

he's a good coach

Just to be different, I'm going to say Steve Sarkisian

What do you like about Steve Sarkisian? Reading his profile, nothing extremely great jumps out at me.

I chose Briles because if RG3 is our franchise QB then this is why I want Briles:

He doesn't pick a QB for his system, he builds the system around what the QB can do. Plus I read somewhere that his fast paced offense is technically faster then what Chip Kelly does.

Baylor coach Art Briles builds his offense around each quarterback - ESPN (http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/9833069/baylor-coach-art-briles-builds-offense-quarterback)

Is there a playbook?
"When I was at Houston, the first thing everybody wanted was the playbook," said Briles, who coached the Cougars from 2003 to '07. "A guy's not going to read or study it. Kids play video games, so we show them the plays on video. Everything is on an iPad, and we label it and number them. A playbook is something we don't do.

"I'm a visual learner, and people learn differently. If you can see something, you remember it. If you read it and try to interpret it, it's a little different. We do a lot of repetition on the field so guys can learn it."

How the hell do you stop Baylor? Part I: What are they doing? - Football Study Hall (http://www.footballstudyhall.com/2013/5/22/4351446/Baylor-bears-football-art-briles-lache-seastrunk-spread-offense)

Chris Brown on how Art Briles's potent offense has made Baylor a national title contender - Grantland (http://www.grantland.com/story/_/id/9861289/chris-brown-how-art-briles-potent-offense-made-baylor-national-title-contender)

I was a proponent for Gruden but we picked up Shanahan. I'm ready for a fast paced offense. I'm ready for an offense that can score in less then a min if need be. I'm looking for a coach that can run a 2 min drill if need be.

Whisenhunt as HC, maybe he can get Russ back in the fold as oline/ assistant HC. I think coming back to the Redskins would hold weight as well. Jackson and Knapp on staff as QB and Receivers coach this team would be very strong coaching wise.

Honestly, since we have MS I'd prefer we just keep him and fix whats broken. Think about this for a moment....

RG3's numbers (stats) are right there with Peyton Manning and other QB's leading their teams to victories. Except RG3 is on a losing team. Most of us fans were concerned about the team not breaking 20 points per game. Two years in a row we have done that.

I'd look for a better DC and can Haslett. and do something about special teams.

His name is mentioned all over as a bright offensive mind....

He turned the Huskies program around.

But I was just saying his name to add it to the conversation

Morocco Brown GM, Greg Olsen HC

Actually, I don't know. Brown is definitely the favorite to be GM. For HC a lot of moving pieces right now. A lot of realistic possibilities. Too early to really know

Wait, are you saying that Bruce Allen is in jeopardy of losing his job?
