Denver Broncos: Adam Gase (http://www.denverbroncos.com/team/coaches/Adam-Gase/cc4c3c3f-8bb4-41b0-bb63-9788bf10b751)
Doesn't he more or less just call in concepts to Manning and he calls the plays from there? Just wondering how much Gase really does or if it's more on Manning.

For some reason, Im much more worried about our OC and DC next year. Its seems more likely those changes will be made as opposed to HC. I think another HC mentioned before and I would endorse would be Perry Fewell HC with Joe Philbin OC. I think that would be a great combo on the sideline.

He made of all things Tebow better if you can believe that and the Broncos reached the playoffs that year. He must have been doing something right, His name is mentioned all over as a very bright offensive mind and HC candidate.

I picked David Shaw because of the West-Coast roots.
I also want to put in the name Russ Grimm. He can develop offensive lineman, see Jon Jansen and Chris Samuels. He has lead teams with strong running games, won the Superbowl (Steelers) as an assistant coach and had the 5th best passing attack with the Cardinals. He is a Redskins HOF, he can develop players in our weakest position (Oline). Hue Jackson, Ken Whisenhunt or Greg Knapp as OC and Ken Norton Jr. as DC.
Norton is a disciple of Pete Carroll, working 9 years under him and gaining the title of assistant HC defense. With Norton on board, I would like them to retain R.Morris. Knapp working RG3 will help him make that leap forward.

Yeah they made the playoffs but Tebow was garbage.
Kyle was being tossed around as a hot candidate last year too, just saying.
It's not hard to look great when Manning is your QB, that's why I would be a little leery of hiring him as HC along with him only being 34.

Do you think he'll be ready in 2014?

Exactly, I mean according to what I hear on the local sports radio stations from former players and others supposedly "connected" to the locker room, Peyton is pretty much the OC - runs the meetings too...
I'm sure there is a cordial "working" relationship there, but I don't think anyone is under the impression that Gase is actually in charge of that offense...in any aspect other than title.

As a HC, in the sense of being a leader of the organization, you won't find many better choices than Shaw.
I think Grimm's window has likely passed
Don't sleep on Hue Jackson as a possible staff addition
Whisenhunt is an intriguing name
