If there is one uncapped year in the NFL the cap will die forever.
I doubt it. All but Snyder and Jones (and probably not even those two) would never allow spending to go completely unchecked forever. If the uncapped year goes into effect, the owners will have a lockout until a CBA with a cap (a larger one) is in effect.

Both Snyder and Jones, and perhaps one or two other owners, would welcome a chance to "buy a championship" unfettered by the constraints of the cap. When the price came due, they would undoubtedly return to the shelter of some kind of salary cap.

If that situation WERE to happen, how would you guys feel about that? Buying a championship a la Yankees?

If it goes the way of the NHL I'll kill myself, it's bad enough with no Hockey. I'll lose the will to live if I have neither.

A hockey fan in LA????? Maybe it's time to leave the sunshine for the Great White North? Don't worry the snow should be melted by June 1st.

I'm sure the Yankees, with their 26 World Series chamionships, are able to sleep at night.

On a bed of money.

Surrounded by beautiful women.

Bastards...
