Kyle Shanahan: Washington Redskins rookie TE Jordan Reed has it - ESPN (http://espn.go.com/blog/nfceast/post/_/id/58440/kyle-shanahan-jordan-reed-has-it)
Jordan Reed has been a big blessing for the Redskins. Glad we drafted him. I have to admit that when the 'skins drafted a TE, I was a bit puzzled. Obviously, the coaching staff knows a heck of a lot more about the players than we do.

LMAO Y r u such a Jets fan though? Just curious
I'm not. I just do it for show here
That said, I do generally root for them to play well. Spending so many years in CT/NY you're exposed to a lot of Giants, Patriots, and Jets coverage. Wasn't going to be a Giants fan, being a Pats fan was too easy and a cop out, so I kind of gravitated toward the Jets.
And through my line of work I got to interact with some people in the organization and was pleasantly surprised, particularly with Rex Ryan

Ive probably mentioned it before, but my brother in law(huge Pats fan) spoke with Rex at a NYC fundraiser for about 10 minutes just the both of them and said typical, cool man's man. Laid back guy, and enjoyable personality. He talked with boring nyc stiffs the rest of the night.

Biggest surprise to me is the Jets. Many of us thought they'd be a cross between Katrina and Chernobyl by this point in the season. But, surprisingly, they've turned out to be more like the lead story about a drug shooting on the local news. Hey, come on, it's a start.
Biggest disappointment is the Texans, but Case Keenum gives them a bright future.
Most overrated team is the Chiefs. They will get booted in the first round of the playoffs and--and how!
As to the NFC North, I appreciate the optimism from Redskins fans, but unless the Lions beat the Bears this weekend I can't quite buy into it yet. I know you guys think you have had it hard in the past 20 some years, but we've had it hard for the past FIFTY some years. I won't believe it until I see it.
ETA: If that creepy looking dude Trestman wins COY, it's only appropriate that his 'trophy' is a windowless conversion van with FREE POPSICLES painted on each side.
