MTK 10-21-2013, 11:16 AM HTTR24/7 has posted some good breakdowns in the past of RG3 going through his progressions. So it's not like he can't or never has done it. The plays where he appears to be staring down his WR are mostly those quick slant one read type plays off play-action. If you look at his number he only slowed down running as he got older and was still running alot in his prime. He may have only had one really big year when he was not running the ball.
