The NFC East is so bad this year. 8-8 could do it.
Honestly will feel bad for the 11-5 or 10-6 wildcard team that does not get to the playoffs while the crappy NFC East champion goes.

I said the same thing a few years ago when the Seahawks made it at 7-9, but then they got that huge upset over the Saints with Marshawns earthquake run at the end.

Man it was ugly but we finally won. And that best part is Dallas lost! Lmao

and the Giants, and Eagles.

Except no team in the NFC East has that kind of home field advantage. But if you can make it to the playoffs it is anyone's guess as history has proven.

Just nice to get a win,it wasnt pretty but we'll take it.Offense still looks lethargic mostly but defense steps up and plays a good game.If Pryor played theres no way were getting 7 sacks and the outcomes probably different but I'm not complaining,a win at this point is most welcome.
I was tired and took a nap at halftime and recorded the 2nd half.SanDiego was down 21-10 to Dallas and I thought for sure it would be a dallas win and another skin loss, man it was nice to wake up and watch both those things not happen

Season saving win.

Really good second half. I'm going to re-visit the first-second half splits at the bye week because they've continued through the fourth week.

Nice rebound for the defense. Matt Flynn is terrible. Raiders had to play without their starting QB, RB, and FB in the second half. But the game is often won in the trenches, and the Redskins DL really showed up and had a great game. Picked up Fletcher and Riley, who made a number of mistakes. Orakpo, Kerrigan, and Cofield continue to be our top defensive players. Today, they were enough.

Jackson and Jenkins back after the bye to bolster the front seven. It hasn't been pretty, but the defense will have a fighting shot now.

I think Griffin's season has been misunderstood to this point, but he really didn't throw the football very well at all today. Probably his second worst game as a pro QB after Pittsburgh last season. Not playing with a ton of confidence in the players around him. Arguably shouldn't be.

Kyle finally adjusting to blitzing in the second half may have saved the season. Oakland's blitzes were incredibly effective in the first half. Washington beat the blitz more often than not in the second.

First congrats to the rookie getting his first td on a game changing playing. Huge play. Second, the pass rush was amazing. Orakpo, coefield and Kerrigan were ballin. Lastly, glad helu got the ball today and garçon had a strong game. This win will help our mental.

Amerson was impressively speedy on that return. Moore is no slowpoke but made up no ground from behind.

If Dallas loses to Denver next week, our next game is for first place, as strange as that sounds. Huzzah!

It wasn't pretty and I don't know if it was something we can really build on (beating a bad team missing its starting QB, RB and FB is not particularly impressive).

but a win is a win. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. In this case it was a small baby step, but still ... better 1-3 than 0-4.
