I can't understand why we have inexplicably abandoned the read option. Is it so much to do with Griffin being on a bad leg, or is it just two different philosophies between Mike and Kyle? I would hope they would go back to what made them successful last season.
We might be 0-4 coming out of the bye and at that point, i think it would be good to fire Haslett. The defense cannot get any worse, as others have pointed out...

And has no idea how to build an offense, thus hurting our marquee player.
I think he was mentioned originally as a replacement to haz not to Shanny though
Edit: just saw goats question as to him being hc. Most of the talk was him being a dc though- which i am all for. As for a hc i agree with you, although depending on who would be his oc it might work?
Edit: this is all just conjecture based on the possibility of us finishing3-13 or somethinglike that. Im not calling for in season change

Tell your boy to stop by. Smart dude with plenty of intelligent insight beyond just inside info
He really does. I love the way he breaks down All 22 film. I tend to value that more than I do his inside intel, which I love. :)

Lmao! Rebuilding! Holy crap rebuilding, what year is Shanahan in 4, 5 helliv lost count rebuilding! !! Sweet mother of pearl
I completely agree with you.
There's nothing to REBUILD...we've been building and 3 weeks does not make a whole season. To start "rebuilding" would be tearing down a VERY solid team. You don't blow things up because of a short-term losing streak. Did we hold a fire sale and clean out the coaching staff when we were 3-6 last season?
This team is NOT this bad. We're in a tough situation transitioning Griffin back into games but the defense is the real problem. On paper we're talented and deep, so maybe Haslett is the culprit or replacing him might motivate the D, but the players we've put together are not the problem, it's their execution for some unknown reason.

I strictly follow him for his film, his predictions and intel--not so much.

Our secondary is absolutely a personell problem, and is far from talented and deep. A keg of the strongest kool aid in the world would not make that any different.

What's wrong with his intel?

21-30.
It's hard to remember sometimes that we're being led by geniuses.
Coming off a NFC Championship. Its week 3.. I understand the defense disputes but I dont see the Steelers calling for Tomlins head
A lot of you still suffer from Snyderidious.

Defenses have adjusted, we don't want to expose Griffin too much, he's still not 100%, situations have dictated things (playing from behind), etc.
That said we ran it plenty last week.
