The snap that hit Logan Paulsen is a better example of the kind of crap that Griffin is dealing with than the fact that he had to save the play.

Also: terrible game management at the end of the game, a Shanahan staple. Could have kicked a FG to cut the lead to seven with 2:20 to play, with plenty of time to get the ball back. Instead, ran about six more plays, got down to the five yard line with 1:40 to go, and THEN kicked anyway when the Redskins absolutely needed a TD. Just so stupid. Only thing missing from that sequence was a wasted timeout because we couldn't get a play in in-time.

Pickin our battles.

This.

Like who? D. Hall? He's playing for like a million dollars this year. Pretty good rate for a starting corner...and say what you want about D. Hall, but he's our best corner, he played a good game yesterday. Now Josh Wilson is another story...and btw...he was a free agent! How would you grade that signing? Did it pan out? I'd say probably not.

Is that a complement?LOL

I've always like D Hall. He has his moments but I feel he comes to every game giving 100%. That's all you can ask from anyone.

But if we made a TD in those six plays we would have then only needed a FG to tie the game. Also you have to remember our kicker is also hurt.

I'm disgusted.

It's over and that's my vote. Even with a crap division, we're going to be 0-4 playing an NFC leader Dallas squad coming off our bye. We've been getting worked inside and out by every team this year and even if we get it together later on, having 3-4 losses already is going to be tough to get past.

Again, season over. Sucks we have no 1st rounder next year, you're welcome STL. Ugh.

This is going be a long, vomitous year.

problem is WILSON, and the safeties

The problem is the defensive scheme.

Haslett isn't putting his players in a position to succeed. Read the article I posted and listen to what the Lions players had to say.

This literally makes me sick to the point of apathy about this team.

The defense played better yesterday than the offense did. They scored 7 points, and had some crucial stops during the game. Again, the offense scored 13 on a pretty average to below average defense at home...and turned the ball over in scoring position. Both sides have plenty of blame but yesterday the offense gets more.
