Obviously, keeping RG3 healthy is far more important than winning an opening game. But what Skip Bayless said is true: if RG3 played in the preseason, we would have won that game. Still a mighty big assumption. He could have gotten hurt again too. It's not a clear correlation between playing in the preseason and what would have happened last night. Perry Riley and... ? Old ass Nick Barnett? Kehl makes plays here and there but is he starting caliber? But he needs another young guy to compliment him. No way Fletch comes back after this season. Dude needs to hang it up and probably should've after last season.
