On the one hand, D Hall's TD was great. On the other it gave the defense no time to rest. That being said, I was disappointed to see how tired the defense looked to start the game. Tired and sloppy. First game of the season, first quarter even, and you look like you're playing in OT of week 16.

Hate to do this but - if there's a scapegoat, it's Alfred Morris.
He was unusually sloppy last night. Lack of a running game early on really hurt. No way RG3 should need to throw the ball 49 times
I was a little surprised they did not roll Robert out more in some play action looks rather than just a drop back style. We are not really set up for that and it showed......
Like to know why.......I know THEY know

Plenty of scapegoats....the fumble on Morris was bad, the pitch was on RG3, the oline got abused, the safeties were pathetic, RG3 played poorly, D-line and LB's were out of position and Forbath missed a kick....
It's one game but next week sure looks like a must win and Green Bay is thinking the same thing.

I know everyone is wondering why Morris wasn't himself. All you have to ask is- what was different at this time last year? When the New Orleans game came around, Griffin and Morris were sharp and ready to go. Maybe the lack of preseason snaps, maybe distractions and attention to media? Maybe not THE reason, but it all had to play a part. They have to get focused again and remember what got them to the NFC East division champion last season.

I think it is hard to do roll outs when you have no threat of a running game. DEs will go upfield and blow up the play every time.

That was RG3s "worst game" as a starter people r saying but he ended up with a top 10 QB performance this week. (based on numbers) I think they'll be ok, give it a couple weeks

And right now I would trust Green Bay to respond with a great effort more than I would trust the skins to win the game.

I don't think the D was slow it was more that they did not know what was coming. As they figured out what the Eagles were doing the better they looked.
