Maybe I need to apologize to Sean Taylor?

Taylor may be immature and made his share of rookie mistakes on and off the field last year, BUT I still wouldn't trade him for any other young safety in the league.

I really think he's going to explode next year.

Like I said earlier in the season... I hope that Arrington and Taylor don't miss and hit each other.

Taylor was pulled over for some reason; be it speeding, or erratic driving in general, the car reeked of alcohol, he messed up his abc's (but passed other field sobriety tests), and refused to take a breathalizer. I don't quite see how being arrested under these circumstances can be classified as being harrassment. If anybody was to blame for harrassment, it would be Sean Taylor for the racial slurs he spewed at the black arresting officer.

That being said, I actually don't think that SC has to appologize for what he's said about Taylor (which I don't exactly agree with) because Taylor did do something to initiate the whole situation. He embarrassed the Redskins.

Now THAT being said, Larry Ned is a moron.

Pulled over for speeding - when you come home from a club you often reek of alcohol regardless of if you drank any or not. Crowded place you get drinks spilled on you, it stinks.

Many people refuse to take a breathalyzer, and I believe I once heard that's one of the things they tell rookies to always deny. If Sean Taylor were white I'd agree, but it's just like every other slur you throw at a cop when it's the same race. Sean Taylor was cleared of all charges, that means he wasn't driving under the influence.

If Taylor was innocent, all he had to do was blow into the little thing and he would have been on his way. He should have known this being the son of a police chief. Could have saved himself some jail time and a one game suspension.

Taylor doesn't strike me as the most intelligent guy. I bet he just thought blowing in that would assure his guilt.

Hey, if the cop wants his inflatable raft blown up he can do it himself.

Exactly Rat - don't work with cops AT ALL! It's the quickest way to get fucked in our legal system. Say you're not doing shit without a lawyer. I've heard it several times before on this site they tell rookies no matter what don't take a breathalyzer.
