Not just day 1, but day 1 of training camp. Man, please don't play him in game 3 of the preseason, the second-guessers would never let it go.

I don't mind Griffin being ready by game 1, but I'd be just fine if he takes it easy by day 1 of training camp.

You know I kind of had a conversation with him about a month ago (we're not friends or anything, but have several mutual friends). Anyhow, he said something about being with the Redskins and getting ready for camp. And at first I was like "wait, is he breaking some news here?" But then I kind of brushed it off and figured I heard wrong or he was talking about a couple of years back

And yeah, camp fodder I'd imagine
