Draft talk rounds 4-7

So what the hell happened in the draft? Usually the draft order flips during the 3rd and 4th rounds, ie: the Skins didn't have a 1st round but it would have been late 1st round, then the 2nd round we were 19th. So the 3rd and 4th rounds we should have been close to the top in order then it would have flipped again. Instead we are steady around 20th. Why?

Funny how last year everyone blasted the Skins for taking Cousins. Now it's considered a smart move to grab a good backup QB.
