Late last night (like 1-2am) I heard there was more explosions but really I think it was just the firefight with the now dead bomber. I heard they had pretty heavy artillery and grenades though.
Gernades are bombs. They had a 5 mile chase last night and they tossed them out at the cops from what I heard.

So all the people who knew these guys (other than the uncle) are saying what good guys they are. That the younger one was smart, outgoing, no overt sign of radicalization. Somehow this case seems to have gone from NCIS right after the bombing to 24 overnight, to Law and Order SVU where the younger brother just got caught up in the older brother's worldview, all in the span of 4 + days. I think the next few years scripts for Hollywood TV dramas have been written from this week. (Through in flooding in the midwest and the explosion in Waco, and you may get the next decade)

I haven't heard anyone say that about the oldest brother. He was quoted as saying he had not one American friend because he didn't understand them.
I do feel somewhat saddened by the youngest one because he seemed most connected to the world around him. But I mean, people can wear a lot of masks I guess, ya know?

Amusing now watching the MSM dance around the issue of radical moslems in America. Not comprehending the alien mindset of a jihadi. They are way more patient, focused and dangerous that most people are even slightly aware.

Knowing the writers at SVU they will likely make an episode loosely based on the events of Boston.

He should just kill himself, if the people of Boston get to him first.....well

I would be surprised if he's taken alive, it'll be an extraordinary effort by Law Enforcement if they manage to. Suicide by bomb somewhere very public, coming to a town on the East Coast soon.
