Good news, hopefully he can get back to 100% now

Damn, its kinda sux our medical staff couldnt find the problem. Sounds like this might be over for good. Helu 100% is a game changer on the field.

If so, Helu would be a big addition. Like getting back a healthy and back to old self RAK and Carricker. But the 'healthy and back to old' is the key.
If Royster can take the next step, we have come along way with our RB's. Plus you know we will draft one RB and pick up 2 or 3 more rookie FA RB's. There should be another good one in there.
This is the first time since JGibbs1 that I feel the glass half full as opposed to the opposite with the Skins roster talent. ShanAllen overall has been a good thing.

As to the medical staff not finding it, it sounds like the problem wasn't discovered until they did invasive foot surgery. Just one of those things that doesn't show up until you actually go into the body and take a look.

Back in the day, that's how all injuries were. None of this "scope the knee" stuff, the docs had to cut the knee open, poke around inside it and the player went on the IR. As a result, guys played on injury until they couldn't take it b/c to examine it meant your season was over.

This is huge!! A healthy Helu is a hell of a weapon, this kid has shown flashes and with Morris in the mix they could be like when the Giants use to have thunder and lighting, especially on screen passes.

Right on. If Helu can step up and be the speedy change-of-pace back that we've all hoped for, our offense becomes much more deadly.

It'd be nice if Helu can provide a spark and a spring to the offense. Other than RG3 what the backfield needed was more speed. Helu, Carriker, Orakpo and Merriweather will be like adding 4 players to a division champ without spending an additional penny assuming they all come back healthy and at their previou levels.

While this report says other wise, Helu may be healthy now, but he's still injury prone to me. I just have that feeling that even if his leg is better, it'll be something new come football time. Prove me wrong Roy!

On the bright side, he will not have to be an every down guy. If he can maintain any semblance of his potential, he will be a threat.
