They've dropped Sean Taylor all the way to the Jets at no. 12 and have us taking Tommie Harris. I like Harris but would really be surprised if the Skins took him at 5

If we take any route other than Taylor or WInslow I'll be shocked.

Theres no way someone takes D'Angelo Hall over Sean Taylor.

anyone know why his stock would have dropped roughly 7 spots so quickly? is this mock draft on talent alone or both needs and talent? and I like 3D (D'angelo Hall) but I can't believe he suddenly went from around a late 1st to 2nd round pick all the way up to 7th. plus that scenario with Atlanta sounds scary to me. Imagine Vick having to highclass WR's in Price and Williams? atleast we only have to play them in the preseason and possibly the playoffs.
I think this mock draft is kinda jacked up cuz if we aren't taking winslow or Taylor we have to trade down and get more picks and hopefully udeze. by the way does anyone have any stats and info on udeze?

plus Rivers as the prodige of Favre? thats a pretty awesome pairing and how much stronger could New England be with a monster in the making RB like Jones? I don't know how many agree but I think this is one of the strongest overall drafts, atleast the first 2-3 rounds, in recent memory.

I agree that this draft is really deep...I think they're saying Taylor's stock is dropping based on his recent poor workout (which I think someone brought up in another thread)

This draft could go in a lot of different ways ... it's all speculation until some of these players have their private workouts. I'd be happy with Wilfork or Udeze. I'd be stunned if Taylor fell to #12 but if his stock is really falling then Winslow might be the choice. I don't think the Skins will have a lot of success moving down because few teams will be willing to part with 2nd or 3rd round picks in a deep draft. GMs are getting stingier with those picks. The more I think about it, the more I like Wilfork, who reminds me a little of Dave Butz.

I really haven't seen tommy harris play, but I have seen some highlights of him recently, I can't believe how fast the guy is for his size, he look's like a real athletic as well, but from what I have heard every time he ran into a big time lineman he disapeared, I believe he played tackle in college but this kid look's like a serious end if you ask me, perhap's his speed was nutralized playing inside, it's much easier to control a player when they don't have the room to take an outside rush, the profile I saw was comparing him to reggie white, they looked fairly similar in body type, I think harris was a little faster but I doubt he is as strong as white, still it made me wonder 2 thing's, 1 if my assesment is right about his pass rushing ability why wasen't he used that way in college to maximize his talent's? and 2 if he is comparable to white regardless of inside or outside he still should have produced against the best in the country, I would like to see more footage of him to really gauge him but I will probably have to wait till draft day. Are there any harris fan's out there who can shed some light as far as his production against big time guards? as well as his possible switch to end?

I think we will take Taylor. Winslow seems like an ego waiting to happen.
