Whats the deal with this guy? Anyone know where he is going? He gets alot of pub for someone that is not supposed to go in the 1st round?
He is running a 4.38 at 242 pounds....and he is 6'6? And he has "soft hands."
If drafted as a WR is it safe to say he will be the one the tallest and by far the heaviest WR in NFL history? I wonder if he is even on our rader screen come this draft???

i thin he's on everyone's radar cause of his stats... but he's a qb going WR, so he's a project... last i heard he was slated as a 3rd rounder... not a bad pick though.

I heard on Sirius they were kicking around ideas as to what you can do with this guy. If he can get off of jams then you can put him in at tight end. He's fast enough and big enough to cause all kinds of match up problems for safeties. He could also be the third quarterback on the roster because he would be active for every game so you wouldn't have do all that bs about if your third QB plays before the 4th quarter the other 2 QB's can't play.
He's a project but physically he's a freak.

Vincent Jackson out of nothern colorodo is another guy who should be considered I watched his combine and the guy at 6'6" and 240lbs can really move and is a naturaul WR unlike Jones he's a projected 3rd rd as well but he has first rd potential.

I heard Jones being projected as a 3rd rounder, whoever picks him is going to be a steal. Hes a project but if we can trade down i wouldnt mind getting him. We need a big receiver, the two big guys will most likely be gone when we pick. We dotn need troy williamson becuase we have 5 of his mold on our team already. Id pick this guy in the first round if we could trade down and pick up a second. We can play him at TE to if we want.

we have receivers that run extremely fast 40s and can stretch the field. No, they arent 6'2. Moss ran a 4.26 40 when he was at um and had a 40+ inch verticle that more than makes up for the few inches that Williamson has on him. Jacobs is around 6' and fast, as is thrash, and patten. People say we need a receiver thats a big guy. Williamson might be two inches taller but hes still not a bulky receiver.

I don't ever want to hear his name again! You guys obviously spending too much time with Madden '05 Create-A-Player. This dude will not make a sound in the NFL! At least not for long. :oink:
