The three people happiest about this Manti situation are Mike Shanahan, Dr. Andrews, and Lance Armstrong. Having all this heat pulled off of them was definitely a gift from the media gods.

How did the real her stack up to the pictures. Rate them both (in your eyes) on a scale of 1 to 10.

Really man? Really? Guy shares something personal and embarrassing and you asking this? I'm sure he's over it, but still. C'mon man.

I dunno about Lance. He's coming off looking like a crazy man lately if you've been following.

Both these people have one very common thing going on...they are both narcissist egomanics. These guys love the attention and will do anything to keep in spotlight. With Lance it was to take PEDs and threatin people to stay on top, and with Manti it was to use a story to pump his own profile for the Heisman and draft stock.

These guys dont have any guilt, they are just pissed they got caught. Unfortunately, part of the problem is Jeremy Schap, continue to feed the ego.

I swear the media is overblowing this, just like they did when his grandmother died and his fake GF. The guy lied, he looks like a fool but to me it's over and done with. This should not have any impact on where he's drafted. He might be a little bit of a self promoter but he'll get humbled the first day he get into an NFL camp.

Why does there have to be a victim in order to raise a red flag for a team that will potentially use a high pick on him and give him a multi-million dollar deal?

Is this a kid you want to put into your locker room and tap as a future leader that can be trusted?

We don't know how deep this goes yet or how he'll handle it when he's grilled on it.

For all we know the guy could have some serious issues.

Ok but you are speaking as a NFL team. I am saying as Joe Public who gives a crap about this.

Lance Armstrong lied/cheated a hell of lot worse then than this guy with multiply victims.

I trust him with football related stuff. What he does off the field would not concern me as long as he doesn't break the law. We're not talkng about Aqib Talib here or Pacman Jones. I'd take Te'o over either of those two. Some of the best players we've had were half crazy.

I think the RG3 thing is past news. It's so time to move on from that subject.

Did Lance Armstrong harm anyone? He lied about doping in an already dirty sport.

That's the angle I've been coming at this from the start... how this is going to potentially impact his draft status is what interests me the most.

Beyond that though I'm amazed you can't see why people are interested in the story. The web of lies, the question of how involved he was, were there others that were in on it as well, his motive behind it all if he was involved... there's still a lot of questions to be answered. I also still don't quite understand why you think a so called victimless situation should be considered harmless or uninteresting.
