Troy Smith never did get a real chance in the NFL. Having watched him during his time at OSU, he did have some real talent that was never correctly used in the NFL.

2013 season implies entirety. Ready for the 2013 season means ready for the 2013 season imo, not ready for part of it. He even prefaces it by saying everybody is "hoping", etc. If he meant part of the season i dont think he would be so dramatic because I dont think anybody is questioning whether he will be back at SOME point during the 2013 season.
Edit: im not saying its out of the question that he misses time, just that i dont believe he was mincing his words. Thats all.

I just want to report that the surgery with Robert this morning went wonderful. My mate Dr. Andrews had some trouble with the Davinci machine at first, but he was golden after I gave him a rundown on how to operate it. As with any patient confidentiality statement, I cannot comment on the actual damage to the Robert's knee, but I'm sure the Redskins PR staff will be along shortly to blow smoke up the fanbase's ass to keep them from bailing next season.

That's all wrong. Invasive surgery is unnecessary. All we have to do is adjust the lumbar support and supplement the patient with assorted Chinese herbs to assist in healing. After that the acl will practically heal itself. Should take no less then 40 sessions.

He's already a susperstar doctor. That's why anyone who's anyone goes to him for this kind of surgery.

semantics shemantics. There is not point in fiddle fattling over a couple of words this far out. They don't even know how the rehab will go. Any number of variables could happen between now and then.

That's true. I've known about Dr. James Andrews for years and year....big time doctor that has operated on many WWE wrestlers.

so, you think he meant preseason? :smashfrea i know you meant after the start of the season

I'm referring to the start of the regular season which is what reports have been saying. Redskins worded this very brief and carefully as you can tell.
