i've been trying to find a list or even just a couple names of athletes who have torn the same acl multiple times.

like before, i can really only think of terry allen - but i'm not even sure his were the same acl?

does anyone have a link or an idea?

how could i forget to give doughty his props?!? he was a machine out there! going back to last week when he took out the dallas blocker and runner in one move, he's on fire.

great game, reed!

He was awesome. Had we won he would have been game ball material for sure.

I know my opinion is extremely biased, but I hate how sports talking heads blow things out of proportion. Matt Williamson, who I really like as a writer, just said that Seattle was the better team blah blah blah? Really? A better team blows Washington out of the water with a one-legged QB. A lot of people, especially him, talked about how terrible our defense was and how Seattle's was much better. Seattle scored 24 straight points, but did not take the lead until 7 mins left in game.

Seattle may have been a good team, but they sure didn't play like one yesterday. And after seeing Seattle get by a one-legged QB team, Atlanta must like their chances.

Broken collarbone.

Seeing RG3 play through injury like that just reminds me of when Phillip Rivers played with a torn ACL in the 2008 AFC Championship game, and he and the coach were lauded as "gutsy", playing through injury.

All players play "hurt". It's another thing entirely to play "injured".

And FYI, I am here every day. I don't post as much as I used to, but I still come here and read a lot.

Actually most of us kinda like you here just as we like Giantone.

But not posting most of the season and showing up after a heartbreak loss is at least bad timing and maybe a lot more. If you're back, stay engaged, at least a little bit, if not, stay away. Your choice STJ...

I think we saw who the better team was until Griff got hurt. Oh well. I hate Richard Sherman with a passion and i hope he gets burned all day against the Falcons wr's.

The Redskins May Have Been Pumping Artificial Crowd Noise Into The Stadium During Yesterday's Game (http://deadspin.com/5973735/the-redskins-may-have-been-pumping-artificial-crowd-noise-into-the-stadium-during-yesterdays-game?utm_campaign=socialflow_deadspin_twitter&utm_source=deadspin_twitter&utm_medium=socialflow)

Not sure what to believe on this one. Not that it matters really.

By the way, props to Sav Rocca. I thought he had a very good game yesterday and pinned back the Seahawks a number of times. He had a very solid season. Our kicking game in general seems very solid.

Also, props to Reed Doughty for a strong game -- one of his best. And a number of others played well too -- I thought LeRibeus looked pretty good in relief for 'Stiger.

We're all disappointed, and the Seahawks are utterly obnoxious -- I really hope they get pounded soon and by us next year in the playoffs. Their CBs are some of the dirtiest players I have ever seen, and not that this is why we lost, but the refs had no control. It seems like every play our WRs were getting hit, pushed, cheap shots, and other crap, and it never got called. At the late hit on RGIII after the second TD pass was so incredibly cheap -- I thought it might have led to an ejection. It was a solid 4 seconds after the play was over. Furious.

In any event, next year, we need to take care of business throughout the season, and then we need to pay these jerks back in a major way in the playoffs. To be sure, Seattle is a strong team and they outplayed us, period. But they were easily the dirtiest team I can recall in recent memory.

Hi. First time poster from Sunny Australia; was really proud of the Big Savaloy's performance out there, particually as I'm a Collingwood supporter (They are the Australian Rules team Sav played for over here). He was a 65 metre kick over here (I think thats about 95 yards) so I'm not surprised at how well he played.
Shoulda pulled RG3 at halftime; blind freddy could see it from half the world away.
