What I am looking for is a happy medium. Players that stay with their team if they are being treated fairly pay and otherwise. And players that want to go to another team simply because they believe that they can start and make an impact for that team where as their prior team would not let them. Of coarse that is a perfect world from a fans perspective. Bye the way, the redskins have not won a superbowl or even been a serious contender since FA.
