The Seahawks are a tough as nails team, especially since they incorporated the read option zone mesh to their playbook. The keys the redskins winning the game is pretty simple...a) the hawks aren't playing at home and b) the hawks are playing away.
They are bi-polar team and their strength comes from playing at home and the loudness of their fans. Their defense is a solid bunch but they are a cheating SOBs. By cheating, I mean, they take a lot risks and jump routes a lot so if you have an accurate QB with vision and a few good WRs you're going to get them and all of a sudden they're in zone defense. Do not let them play bump-and-run all game long.
Teams don't change how they play so on offense we have to do three things to win this game. They will stack the line with SS Kam Chancellor and play physical bump-and-run. You have to make sure they pay for doing that with a successful vertical attack.
On Offense:
1) Attack the their DBs by having one WR going deep often, have the slot guy on a inside slant to freeze the free safety and have him make a decision, and challenge Sherman with slant and go route. I guarantee you that you'll get him for a TD or a PI.
2) Give Aflred Morris the rock 30 times. They are soft but fast on the edges and if you're challenging their DB you will have running lanes all day. Those fat fcks they have in the middle aren't track stars so zone blocking is going to wear them out real quick.
3) Let RG3 run like it's 1999. Have him attack on the defense often and early. If you don't attack the Hawks early then you're playing their game.
On Defense:
The game play should be exactly like the one we had against the Cowboys. Play man coverage, LB edge safety responsibility, and Fletcher or Riley up the middle. Wilson can be confused but he' really good at improvising so you must be disciplined in your coverage and you have to attack him with your front 7 just like the Rams did.
When it's all said and done the the score should be 20-17 Redskins. I can't wait to shit on these Hawks fans after the game.
