RGIII's stock has dropped dramatically, even as we continue to win games. I understand his injury, and last game he missed a couple throws he normally makes, but still he has the best rookie passer rating, and only 5 ints.
I admit that I expected a far different performance Sunday night (passing wise) but his value is more than just the individual pass plays. He's there pushing, and prodding and exhorting the team and individual players.
It's all about TD passes first and passing yards second for a lot of so called "Analysts". RG3 hasn't been great at the former lately and the latter all year. He's a beast when it comes to QBR though. And wins for that matter! Maybe he'll see this and use it as motivation.

I heard that too and just laughed. I thought it was Luck #5 and RG3 #6? Either way.
Maybe they were downgrading him based on his injury, which shouldn't be as much of a factor as they want it to be. Did they not see him run for 60 yards on Sunday night?? Plus it's based on the opponent, and everyone has a hard-on for Seattle's D.
I think the legend of the Seahawks defense is being largely overblown. Since Halloween they have faced (in order) Christian Ponder, Mark Sanchez, Ryan Tannehill, Jay Cutler, Ryan Lindley, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Colin Kaepernick and Sam Bradford. Not really a murderers row of QB there. I'd put RG3 ahead of all of them. Not to mention, the best back they faced in that group was Matt Forte who has been dinged up all season or Frank Gore who got 6 carries because Seattle put up 28 1st half points.
Not discounting that Seattle has a decent defense but some are making them out to be the second coming of the 85 Bears and they need to pull up a little.

So Richard Sherman's already been talking smack
He said he doesn't fear any of the Redskins WRs...he hasn't played against Garcon yet either..

Sherman talks smack. It's who he is. For the most part, he has done a good job backing it up.

Im curious to see how those speed players are going to do on our crap field of painted sand. Planting, making a cut, ect are all a bit different at fedex, especially coming from their surface in Seattle.

^^^ He had an interesting response to the question "who was the toughest you faced" saying it was tougher to face a good QB than a good WR. According to Wilson, an average QB with Megatron is not as scary as an average WR with Tom Brady. Makes sense to me, but I never thought of it that way.
