One of my college buddies is a huge Falcons fan and has been talking a bunch of S#!% about the skins. I would love nothing more than to pulverize those dirty birds into the ground.

Tell me about it. My Facebook feed is filled with front runners taking pictures at Falcon games talking about how awesome they. Even got one of my former classmates who I guess took a job in DC at FedEx field in a Falcons jersey.

It's weird I still consider them my back up team and will root for them if/when the Skins get knocked out but I got so much flack when the Skins lost to them earlier in the year that I would take pleasure in knocking them out. Plus I'm tempted to go live if they come down here in the second round.

Rumor is Norv will go back to Dallas as the O Coord.

Wait wait wait. You're telling me that not only are we the NFC East Champs and the Giants are going golfing, and possibly the best coach in the NFC East got fired today, but Not One Redskin Victory is going to possibly come back and take a major coaching position with Dallas? DOES THIS DAY GET ANY BETTER?!?!?!?!?!?

Goddamn winning feels good.

Been a 'Skins fan since I was born in 1975. So many of the last twenty years, bleedin' burgundy and gold, wearing my colors when all the other teams in the NFCE were relevant and we were always dysfunctionally dead last and even that upstart in B-More was consistently making more waves and in contention talks.

I honestly had forgotten what this feels like. SOOOO much pleasure was taken today in wearing my colors to work and not even having to say anything to all the butthurt Cowpokes fans, just knowing they was mad LLS.

On my Facebook feed, I said after the Ravens win that the 'Skins were going to run the table and that whoever won the NFCE was going to the Superbowl, and I got figuratively laughed outta my feed by all the hatters.

I'm the only one laughing now, and I honestly feel like I have been underplaying what we have going on here because of the Hangover of the Decades of Suck.

We are going to run the table in the playoffs, gentlemen. Everything Robert brought to Baylor he has brought to us. He's fearless. He's special. We are lucky to have him as a 'Skin, 'cause he and the team he leads and infects with that specialness are gonna be an absolute terror in the NFL.

Robert's going to get his first Superbowl appearance in his rookie year, and he's going to meet Andrew Luck there and we are going to have the first rookie QB Superbowl meeting in the history of the NFL.

Hail to the Redskins. That is all I have to say.

Rob Jackson playing his way off the redskins. His play of recent has been great. Maybe too great. He is a Free Agent after the year and he is currently showing that he is more than a backup on this team. Orakpo is a better pass rusher, but Jackson is a smart player who is better in coverage. He just recently had a kid and is just now coming along as a starting caliber OLB on our team. He has the leverage right now in contract situations. He is young too. I could easily see him leaving us for more money and starting a new somewhere else come next offseason. Other option is trading Orakpo. But at OLB its about who gets more pressure and more sacks, and we know how much better this team can be with Orakpo in terms of getting to the QB than with Rob Jackson whom keep in mind just started coming along the past 4-5 games. Big decisions will have to be made come the offseason with one of the two players, and I have a feeling it'll be Jackson who will be to much to resign for us and playing somewhere else next year.

Agree on Jackson just damn glad to have to make these kinds of decisions. Having too much talent to keep all of it is a good place to be in for us.

Yeah but if you don't replace the good talent that leaves with someone able to fill the hole left, you end up like the Chargers. Unless someone offers us a great trade Orakpo should be back next year, but I think we all know Orakpo is nowhere near as good in coverage as Jackson is. And Jackson does a decent job rushing the passer too. I just hope if Jackson leaves we can plug in someone else and still have good depth.

I had to vote hall. Morris played a great game, but to be honest, he was expected to. The Dallas run defense is horrible and they were riddled with injuries. hall was on an island and practically shut down the cowboys most lethal offensive weapon. You can't beat that.
