This James Harrison seems like such a nice, classy guy.
James Harrison is the biggest crybaby in the NFL.

Holmgren to Dallas might work. Not a fan of that at all. I'd prefer the long-standing "weak HC w/Jerry as GM and bad at it" combo
All a guy like Holmgren would do, is pull a Bill Parcells, and be gone in 3 years. Strengthen the roster a little, but not see enough progress, and JJ would find the next latest and greatest. JJ hasn't seen the light yet, my guess is he never will, and dallas will be stuck in this same repetitive loop 10-12 years from now.

Very well could be true. I think the notion that Jerry would rather be in charge and suck rather than let someone else run it and be successful is true.

Well, he has acknowledged he would have fired a GM with the record he has led the team to, but also turns around and says he will never give up his style of team ownership, I think it's a good bet dallas will continue there current almost but not quite style of NFL football.
