Positives -- Has an NFL frame with long arms and strong hands; keep defenders away from his body... Very physical at the point of attack, dominated his level of competition with his strength... Quick off the snap; helps him get movement in the run game... Solid knee bend and plays with

good leverage... Athletically gifted, can get out quickly to pull and position himself well to cover up defenders; does a good job down blocking, creates a lot of space... Could develop nicely for a zone blocking scheme which would properly utilize his athleticism... Shows the ability to lock on and drive defenders at the second level... Also shows adequate awareness with blitz pickups... Aggressive, mean streak, doesn't back down, plays with a chip on his shoulder... Started every game of his collegiate career... Showed good athleticism at the combine and handled tougher competition given the opportunity; played well at the East-West Shrine game and at Wisconsin in 2011.

Maybe ... maybe not. TP and JB were not world beaters but, certainly TP, was taking snaps and doing well enough not to have the coaches feel the need to rock the boat.

Before all the injuries, Morris was behind Royster and Helu. Sometimes, it takes some game time work to see if a player can step it up. They wouldn't be the first rookies to step in and stay and, if they do, they wouldn't be the last.

It seems to me Compton is going to be the starter with Black out and Polumbus concussed. Hoping he has what it takes.

I hope you're right, but I've not seen anything to suggest Compton will ever be a starter in the league. It's far more likely hell get rg3 killed. But I hope you're right.

I'm feeling ballsy - a six pack says Compton plays better than Polumbus.

So...we've already deemed Compton a failure? Tough crowd

edit: Sorry, meant Compton..my PEDs aren't working too well today

He's not a failure nor is he starter material. Backup, yes.

**** **** ****. The weakest part of our O just got weaker, going up against a team with DL as a strength. Hope Griffin is healthy and playing, Philly will probably get good pressure with their front four.

I remember when Monty was nothing more then a backup. Now's he's one of the better centers in the NFC.

You should at least let the guy play.

That's assuming they don't make the playoff

Thread title says next four "regular season" games. So is that a mistake or like Panda asked - next two and first two of 2013?
