Redskins' OT Jordan Black: A railroad job | WashingtonExaminer.com (http://washingtonexaminer.com/redskins-ot-black-ped-suspension-a-railroad-job/article/2516279)
Sorry if this has been posted, but here you go. Gotta question this suspension and the appeal process. Not a fan of Goodell...
Its getting to the point you cant trust anything he or his administration is saying or doing. If feel mislead by Goodell and the league on alot of things. Bounty gate, Cap penalties, PEDs, Referee Lockout, etc. The list keeps growing. But he seems more focused on very unpopular ideas, International expansion, playoff expanision, etc.
Im just done Goodell, wish he pack up and go.

You'd give anything to trade out Mike Shanahan (and I'm guessing Kyle too) for Andy Reid?

And have our business-focused "GM" start running personnel decisions. Genius!

Goat, what did you think of McNabb in Philly?

Goat man I think you've worked yourself into a corner here. You do realize that BA is not really a personnel guy right? I guess more to the point...why do you think BA would be any "better" at it than Shanny? Or someone else? I think you must "hope" more than "believe" because there's no evidence to support your position that I know of.

Wait ... aren't we supposed to judge by past successes? In 14 years, Reid has how many Super Bowl victories? How many times did he LOSE the NFC championship? Based on past performance, how is he better than MS? After taking time off he will magically recapture and improve upon his earlier success? What is the basis for such a conclusion?
Reid has had B. Westbrook and now L. McCoy - yet he can't find a running game. Third-down calls? Clock management? All of these are things Reid has been criticized for throughout his career. Aren't they exactly the things that about which certain people have criticized MS?
What makes him better than MS? I don't get it.

Reid was holding him back.

Right, we'd rather trade out our two-time SB winning coach for a guy who got his team to be pretty good for a while. One coach's past success is relevant...the other's was achieved through no fault of his own.

If Goat is consistent in anything, it is his innate ability to be logically inconsistent.
