Smoot to Jets? (rumor not confirmed)

Checked with a guy I know who used to work with KFFL and still has full access. Says they didn't say that anywhere.

I disagree with you. I highly doubt the Jets would give Smoot the high bonus he was looking for and only spread it over 4 years, they would murder themselves with the cap hit. Something is wrong with this report, either they got the # of years wrong, or Smoot is still a free agent.

I hope your right, but Mr. murphy has had his hand on the redskins defense this offseason.

I dont beleive he would sign a four year deal.
