Like thinking you can only see the sunset if you live in California? :)
I was not aware that the Seahawks appeal process wasnt over yet. What you said was "they appealed thats why they played last week" - not "there has been no judgement in their appeal yet and thats why they played last week". Little different. The fact that we knew about the Hawks and not CG, yet CG is already suspended and Hawks arent was confusing me. Understand the process - just wasnt in tune with the particulars in these two circumstances.
Wasn't implying anything with my post. Just making sure I was being clear with the particulars. If you know the process, than you know more than 90% of the fans. I didn't know until I actually read their drug policy one day. Also, I never thought you could only see the sunset on the west coast. :tongue
Here is the 2010 drug policy if anybody wants to scan.

Adderal is a PED. It's one of the worse. These guy are high performance machines already.. Top of the line.. it's like putting jet fuel in to a motorcycle.
I actually take Adderal and it makes me so alert and energetic that I feel like if I was on it my whole life, then I would of accomplished 100% more in life. It's totally ridiculous for these athletes to take it.

I just know the basic process. Busted - appeal - verdict - punishment or no. Do not by any means know the ins and outs. Anyway like i said before - cg will be back before the playoffs and i believe it was CSkins who pointed out our somewhat weak schedule (offense wise) minus maybe Dallas - i hope the Hawks get in and lose their guys for the playoffs.

Well, I'm excited to see Crawford play. He's gonna get schooled here and there, but right now the defense is swarming and playing with intensity. He's in a good situation to sharpen his teeth over the next four games.

You think it gives athletes a competitive advantage like hgh or steroids though?

The question I have is, why do these players keep committing these dumb infractions thinking that they're going to get away with it? I like Cedric Griffin. He's a pretty decent corner and he plays the position better than J. Morgan or D. Hall. It's too bad he's let us fans down and his teammates down. I'm not sold on Richard Crawford replacing him. He had a great preseason against 2nd and 3rd stringers but he played poorly against the Cincinatti Bengals and haven't been seen since the Vikings game. I'm not too confident he can fill C. Griffin's cleats for the remainder of the season.

The NFL loves the Aderal thing lately huh. Makes it look like they're actually testing players and they care about PEDS but catch guys for a basically legal substance that doesn't do much so it doesn't look terrible on the league. Meanwhile half the league's on Dragon Growth Hormone but no one gets
caught. God I love the NFL and America so much.

Probably because more get away with it than don't. And BECAUSE IT WORKS. Those that take PEDs do so BECAUSE THEY WORK.

Not too smart by the FO to know Cedric was going to be possibly suspended for a good while with Routt out there on the market. Really no logic behind that decision. Crawford is an inexperienced, raw corner who is not a better player than Routt. So there no arguement Crawford is a stronger player, he is clearly not or he'd be at least active for our games.

I took Adderall in College and also played College Football. From my personal experience- it never helped my performance on the field. If anything, it made it worse.
Will I write a better paper? Yes. Can I pull an all nighter hyperfocused? Absolutely. Can I run a better 40 time...or even react quicker to the ball? No chance.
Albeit, it is from my own personal experience... I tend to be on the, "Adderall is not a PED", side of the argument.
