We are all amazed at how RG3 is playing like a veteran and I'd like to give major props to Alfred Morris for doing the same. How many rookies come back from a fumble and pretty much win the game with those runs towards the end. I think it is safe to say that we are set at QB and RB for the future.
I saw a stat that he made 58 yards after the fumble. Again, CRed and I both commented on how, after the fumble, he really seemed intent on making up for it.
Also, I think it is in Grazino's column somewhere, Morris has somthing like 450 yards in 48 carries against NFC East opponents or about a 9 yds/carry average. Amazing. The man is a beast.
Griffin, Morris, Garcon. Young and ready to run.

A month or two ago, i think Smoot said/implied there was mutual interest to varying degrees with several teams and it was all but garaunteed he'd be somewhere else next year. I really hope there's some way we can keep him. He and RGIII are obviously working well together and i think switching offensive coordinators would only stunt the offense. I can't imagine someone else coming in and doing as good a job as Kyle.
I guess it really depends on how long Mike plans to coach. If we really just wants to coach out the rest of his contract, then i could see snyder/allen convincing Kyle to stay if they promised making him the HC when his dad retires. If Mike has no intention of retiring anytime soon, then Kyle is gone... and i'm worried he'd go to Philly or Dallas.
Kyle has been and will continue to be in hot demand until he makes a decision. I hope he decides to stay here

Who mute their TV after the first quarter not to have to listen to Gruden. Gruden is perfect for the fair weather fans that are flocking here now.
"and I watched RGIII last night he is awesome but they got other great players like D. Hall; the guy on TV could not stop talking about him."
Which leads me too brace yourself for the band wagoners; good after the 2004 WS everyone and their mother was a Red Sox fan. I was like where have this people been?
I don't understand your negative attitude toward bandwagon fans. We need them. It's only going to help the Skins to have a home stadium filled with loud, crazy fans and to have more support throughout the community. It helps the team to build momentum. Plus it's more fun.
We are not better than the bandwagon folks. We just a have a higher threshold for emotional pain and disappointment than they do. Everybody loves a winner but few people can hang in there for decades of losing.

something that needs to be stated, Darrel "Big Soft" Young having a solid year. I saw several huge blocks last night and a first down run. Shanny keeps developing these guys...

I love what I saw out of this Redskins team last night. RG3, Alfred Morris, Pierre Garcon, and the Redskins offensive line. Leonard Hankerson came up with a key reception too. Was Aldrick Robinson active for last night's game? After the game Robinson had against the Doo Doo Boys on Thanksgiving, I was looking forward to see him last night about the Giants. The defense played well too. London Fletcher and Perry Riley were making tackles. Rob Jackson sacked Eli Manning. Ryan Kerrigan was being held all game but still made plays. The Redskins secondary still showed last night how much it is the weak link of the defense. I've gotten so tired of criticizing DeAngelo Hall and Josh Wilson that I just see if they can bounce back and make plays after being burned. Madieu Williams made one mistake but otherwise played a good game.

I think part of the reason the secondary struggles is because the total lack of pass rush. Williams was beaten last night a few times, Eli just missed some open wr's. But Jackson, Bowen, Cofield, Jenkins, Kerrigan...they simply can't get to the QB. They're solid against the run but they CAN NOT rush the passer. We give up yards but I'll take holding NY to 16 points every time. The D did more than did their job last night. However, if Eli hits a few, today is a totally different story.
