The Redskins offensive line is not a great line. They work well but the offensive line is flawed. The left side with Trent Williams and Kory Lichtensteiger is the best of the unit. Montgomery is okay, but the Redskins can definitely do better at center. RG is fine. While some Redskins fans gets down on Polumbus, he has actually done a decent job.

To all - Please accept my apologies. I should have left the personal flame at Goat out of the general thread.

What are you talking about? He passes outside the pocket regularly, but sitting back in the pocket he gets crushed with a couple seconds of the snap. I think just about every game announcer has said as much.

BHA said RG3 was hit on nearly every all of this attempts against Dallas, except once or twice. Sorry I just don't believe the number was that high. So until you guys can provide some facts to back this up, I'm calling BS. That's what I'm talking about.

Just watching the game highlights on NFL.com I counted 5 passes where RG3 wasn't hit, and on 3 of his 4 TDs he wasn't touched.

I took it to mean every drop back in the pocket, since that's been the topic of discussion. Moving on...

RGIII took some vicious hits on a couple critical drop backs - but so does every QB not named Manning, Brady or Brees. At the same time, as Matty points out, on most of the critical throws he was kept clean.

Sometimes it is like folks just see what they want- facts be damned.

You've misremembered my statement. this is what I actually posted:

For the past two games, during the newscast theyve shown stats of RGIII hurried/hits/knockdown/sacked on pass attempts. In both games, there were only 1 or 2 dropbacks where one of those did not occurr. the vast majority where in the Hits and Knockdown columns.

I spoke to graphics displayed on the newscasts, not my own observations. I also said the stats included hurries.

At this point, I am not sure what your point is BHA. I am not saying that sarcastically, I am really unclear as to what you are asserting and why.

Is anyone, at this point, arguing that our line is faultless? or that it can't stand improvement? I think everyone pretty much agrees that, after our DB's, O-line is the next priority.

Gird your loins BHA! You are teetering dangerously close to the dark side. It's a short trip to..........Goatville.

Well, as I said on 3 of his 4 TD throws he wasn't touched. I doubt he was hit, hurried or pressured on all the rest of his drop backs.
