Marcus Pollard was released by the Colts today. He is kind of old but he is a great blocker and does have good hands. I wonder what kind of money he would want??? I think he would be a nice fit here with Cooley at H-back. Any thoughts?

I dont think he would be that expensive. But at the same time if he would be willing to sign cheap then he would try to do it with the colts. He is a great blocker and mabye Gibbs could use him to block for portis. I wouldnt mind signing him and having him and cooley, thats two huge redzone threats regardless of whose at receiver.

Other than Kyle Brady, he's probably the best blocking tight end available. Plus, as has been noted, he could probably be signed on the cheap.

Generaly speaking I am not suppottive in signing older players, but in this case I would make an excecption. Lets sign him if we can.

Is Kyle Brady a free agent???? If he is I would love to have him. He wouldn't be as much of a receiver but he blocks like an extra lineman. Plus he is a nittany lion!!!!

I heard on ESPN he wants to return to the Colts. This was a salary cap cut I think and they left on very good terms leaving open the possibility of a return.

The hell with a TE! Put a 3rd tackle on the line in the same spot and just dont throw to him often. We dont need no stinking TE!
Of course I am not being serious.

Kyle Brady is expected to be released, he's actually not a free agent....yet. Sorry.
