I believe he is trying to tell you that you're getting squeezed in a quickly changing landscape and that as of now your party's constituency comprises of people who reside in the confederate state block.

My bad. Didnt notice that second graph. Was looking at it on my iphone. The vote count did grow in those "confederate states". So they are adapting. No doubt though that race played a part in the election. Sad but true. Im by no means calling anybody on this site racist but they are out there. They want to point at Obamas failures to disguise their disgust with a black president. Bottom line is Obama got shot down alot by the house/ senate/ congress because alot of those republicans acted out of spite as opposed to reason. I hope they learned their lesson and work together this time in the name of progress.
