Bring back Joe Gibbs. If i was Dan Snyder, i would fire Shanahan, Kyle, Haslett and Raheem Morris during the bye week and give Joe Gibbs and Bugel a call to immediately return and prepare for next season. This will give Gibbs and Bugel time to get their coaching staff back in here and prepare for the draft and offseason free agency. RG3 would flourish and learn so much under a hall of famer like Gibbs and i'm sure the coach would be very excited to work with him. This team lacks toughness and discipline, something Gibbs and Bugel would instill. Joe Gibbs got this team to the playoffs with less than Shanahan has. The guy is a true leader and inspiration. Bugel just may be able to make this Oline the Hogs 2.0, he did much more with less talent a few years ago.
