Ron Rivera's an interesting choice. Hadn't heard he's on our radar, but not a bad idea
Yes, he would be my #1 choice if the Panthers fire him.

SmootSmack 10-29-2012, 07:51 PM When they fire him Gary84Clark 10-29-2012, 07:52 PM Say what now? My point is, if you are not good at the 3-4 defense why try to coach it. Do what you do. CRedskinsRule 10-29-2012, 07:53 PM i'm submitting my vote based on the notion that haslett has lost fletcher, alexander, and wilson (at the very least). fire him now and use the bye to it's fullest potential. morris gets my vote Agreed on Haslett. Has Slowik ever done anything as DC? Rather not Morris, but I can't imagine anything or anyone making our D any worse. I suppose a Juan Castillo vote might earn a lifetime ban? MTK 10-29-2012, 07:56 PM Yes, he would be my #1 choice if the Panthers fire him. He'll definitely be in high demand. I hope we'll be all over that. SmootSmack 10-29-2012, 07:59 PM My point is, if you are not good at the 3-4 defense why try to coach it. Do what you do. Zorn wasn't new to the WCO though We have a short list of potential DC's next year. None have ever been a DC yet in the NFL (that I recall) mbedner3420 10-29-2012, 08:00 PM Say what now? Little known fact, Zorn never knew what the west coast offense was when he was in Seattle. Interestingly, he was never actually employed for the Seahawks as a QB coach, he'd just come in periodically and whip dodgeballs and pool noodles at Matt hasselback for fun. Hasselback became good at getting around them, which improved his pocket presence, so they let Zorn keep doing it. To this day, he has no clue what an offensive scheme is. mooby 10-29-2012, 08:01 PM He'll definitely be in high demand. I hope we'll be all over that. I agree. Crazy to think Ron Rivera might be done after two years as the Panthers coach. Are their problems really that bad? I think they need to run the ball more on offense, but that's only because I have Jonathan Stewart in ff. Either way, if Rivera is available after the season I'd definitely bring him in for an interview, minimum. los panda 10-29-2012, 08:01 PM Agreed on Haslett. Has Slowik ever done anything as DC?
