I assume you're joking. But if not, why? He was a terrible coach (a quick google search can confirm a rotten record), plus before becoming a head coach, he was an offensive coordinator. I have no idea why we would do this, and I cannot imagine it would be to our advantage.

With such completely uninformed comments like this, it is difficult to take anything you say seriously. So I don't. Instead, I read your comments for their humour content.
talk to you tomm dude.
skins89moss 11-04-2012, 06:13 AM Fletcher's disconnect with Haslett was a big reason why he nearly didn't return this year. Haslett and Alexander have butted heads plenty as well. As have Wilson and Haslett
Instead of Butting heads they need to go make some plays out there on the field. London Fletcher is a liabilty in pass coverage at his age. London gets owned by most opponets TE's. Haslett cant take all the blame for this shit show on defense.
skins89moss 11-04-2012, 06:26 AM The Redskins defense will play better the 2nd half of the season mark it here.. They can only get better and I bet we start using some of our younger players will get more playing time. Young players for the most part will listen to the coach than a vet who may have shut down as Smoot pointed out. Hey if this is true then Hasslet should play the players who will do their assignemnts. I D-line has to get more pressure, anyone seen Barry Cofield lately.( MIA) I want to keep the 3-4 defense so if Hasslet is fired along as they hire a 3-4 guy im good.
NC_Skins 11-04-2012, 08:31 PM I was in favor of waiting until after the season to make this move, but after today, I say make the move now. I'm not saying this is all Jim's fault, but it's obvious this defense has stopped playing for Jim even though it's hurting big time with injuries. They need a spark and they need one bad.
Also, the majority of our secondary and fletcher need to be replaced at the years end.

I do not honestly know if I would can his ass now or not. I DO know in light of the performance and the rumor that he has "lost the locker room", I would certainly evaluate....ALL my options...immediately over the bye...

Like I said, I'm not one for firing coaches during the season, but it's obvious those players haven't responded to Haslett. The ones that aren't responding need to moved out at years end as well. It's just we need spark. Something. ANYTHING. This team is desperate.
Personally, I don't see how any team loses 6 starters(2 pro-bowlers) on their squad and not suffer big time.
Evilgrin 11-04-2012, 09:51 PM Was there a story he has lost some players?
Thank god some people notice fletch getting beat like a drum. I'm his biggest fan btw, the guy is a hof player, just not anymore.

Yes there was.
If you notice, they were specifically targeting Olsen's match up with Fletcher today. We were lucky that Olsen dropped a pass and Cam wasn't accurate or otherwise he would have been torched more than what he was. (olsen was targeted 9 times today)

Check my post history, I called this out at least a month ago. I keep harping on it also, but it's not just fletch struggling, riley struggles as well.
