Shanny shouldnt be fired today if that is the question because who the hell is going to take over now? If we go 6-10 this year (which is seeming like a challenge at this point) than i think it is worth serious consideration. I mean his overall record for the last ten years and complete lack of post season appearances are going to warrant the thought for sure. I don't know about that. We have good pieces in offense and defense (front 7), the only thing we really need to fix is secondary. Don't forget, we lost few key players to injuries on both sides. As for Shanny, I have to agree with you that his record doesn't show much. But from what I am seeing from Redskins team, compared to last few years before Shanny era, the team is better now.
