If Gruden or Cowher called and said they WANT to coach this team, do you at least set up a meeting?
Well, I would first ask each one over the phone "what is a sycophant?" Gruden would obviously know and would set up a meeting. Cowher would not and would be hung up on. Upon the arrival of Gruden to our meeting, I would have on my finest boots, Doc Martins of course, and after walking through all the bullshit of this thread they would be quite filthy. Id first ask how bad to you want to coach this team and raise my shit kickers for the bootlickin'. Gruden would squint real hard and then remember his easy job at the mothership and probably walk out. Neither have what it takes to do the job.

That's excellent. For the record I'd be more excited about up and coming HC talent too. A guy who knows his stuff, is hungry for battle and doesn't give two shits about the media nightmare all coaches face in DC.

The fact of the matter is that all big market teams face media nightmares. In every sport. Winning makes them go away. If Washington had a problem as far as getting people to want to take the HC job it was Snyder. He seems to have backed off and let the football people do their job this time around, therefore, i would imagine, setting a precedent for any future regime.

Not if he fires Shanahan after 3 years. It would basically fall back directly into his pattern.

I was just wondering if anyone knew that Mike Shanahan has only won one playoff game in 14 years...........

I was also wondering if anyone else knew that Mike Shanahan rode to two Super Bowl victories on the backs of Elway and Davis?

Right, because Elway and Davis owe none of their success at all to Shanahan. He just sat there twiddling his thumbs

Lastly, I was wondering if anyone can answer why Mike Shanahan gave away draft picks for McNabb if he was rebuilding????????
(sorry, with all the talk of rant, repeated arguements, beating a dead horse, beating a dog, feeding the dead dog his shit, him shitting it back out using it as manure to grow more dogs to feed their shit to just to shit it back out and used as manure again, I couldn't resist..........
ps- we should have a dog taking a dump smilie, and then one of a dog being fed his shit smilie!!!!!!
