That's ironic.

Didn't that same Ram's talent beat us several times the past few years?

2008 -We lose 19-17
2009 - We win 9-7. (this game should have been a loss as well)
2010- We lose 30-16.
2011 - We win 17-10
2012 - We lose 31-28

So the Rams record against us since 2008 is 3-2. I'd say Fisher had better talent starting out than Shanahan did. (not to mention a franchise QB)

Your proof they didn't have better talent?

Yes, the Rams have had our number, like most the rest of the NFL. What's your point?

LOL at the St. Louis roster comment!!!! Up until this year all we heard is how awful the Rams were, and they look pretty good now. Fisher must be doing something right ;)

When were the Steelers and Patriots in the AFC South?..and yeah anyone could honestly say the West was as competitive

Please tell me who in the AFC West was good like the Colts were under Manning since Elway retired?

If you dig too far we won't be able to hear each other SS :)

James Cameron couldn't build a machine to get to as deep in the hole as you are.

You forget that Fisher got to play the mediocre to average Jaguars and Texans four times a year? (with some exceptions for the Jaguars, usually when the Titans were bad)

Yeah...we're the bitter ones.

Fisher's Titans had to face AFC powerhouses, he deserves total praise!!...but wait, didn't Shanahan's Broncos face those same powerhouses?

Fisher did fare alittle better against those teams though and by my count has more than one playoff win over the last 14 years. He is in his first year with the rams and did beat shanny who is in his third year with the redskins. I think the goat is misunderstood. Lol. I dont see bitter i see sick of losing. I see a fan that wants his team to win again. Dont you ever get frustrated by the losing and sick of the positive - all is well - 6-10 is better than 3-13 - next year is our year crap? I do.

No way except bradford and rg3 is better and we still lost. They had no wr's until we made amendola a household name and our d has been more highly ranked and regarded than theirs for years. Their oline has been a mess just like ours. If anything its a push. Plus bradford was crap last year but we all want to call him a franchise qb because that is what fisher had that shanny didnt. Excuses excuses excuses.

sam is a very good QB, he just has NO help at all around him and he still does a decent job.

No...I love losing.

Of course I get tired of it. But don't bash just to bash is all I'm saying. Should have gone after a RT. Ok, fair argument. Shouldn't have spent money on Garcon when we could have just held onto Gaffney for another year at a lower price and waited for a better option. Fine. Shanahan saying Griffin was shaken up is a sign of poor management and coaching. Say what? Fisher has totally turned the Rams around and he had to face the powerhouse AFC. Come again?

And I like Fisher and think the Rams have good young talent and can be competitive...but they're five games...FIVE GAMES...into Fisher's tenure and already were throwing a parade for them. Based on what? And Fisher and Shahanan's records over the same period of time are comparable so don't put Fisher on a pedestal and call anyone who even remotely hints at supporting what Shanahan has done an apologist.

I think the point im eternally trying to make (the reason i got booted from es - i spoke up against the man) is that we are all fans. There are those of us who are frustrated and those of us who remain forever optimistic. Its just that based on the last twenty years the frustrated ones ( not giving up or we wouldnt even care) have much more of a platform to stand on than the optimistic one. I would post our overall record both regular and post season but we all know what it is.
