Put that same team in the NFC East or even the NFC South during those years and they finish last or next to last. That talent he had on that team, was already assembled prior to his arrival. He didn't take any heat after his team lost games last year because it was year one, no one expected wins and he was playing above rookie level. Eventually, if they keep losing, he'll get some blame even if he plays well and he'll tighten up his attitude. I'll bet he gets his demeanor right by the second half and they win a bunch of games.
