According to Coach Mike Shanahan (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/football-insider/wp/2012/09/26/quick-hits-trent-williams-did-not-practice/), wide receiver Pierre Garcon was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice. Garcon has missed two games because of a foot injury.
Garcon said he felt better but he did not know yet if he will be able to play in Tampa.

Ryan Grant may get a bunch of playing time if he's healthy because they will need him for pass protection. The Bucs got to Romo last week. The Redskins can't let that happen this week and I predict they run less option plays this week, and run more rolling pass plays instead. They're going to test the Bucs secondary that R. Morris is very familiar with.

As for the defense- I don't buy that it's execution on the field. The game plan has been flawed coming into the last two games and their approach needs to change. If players aren't prepared to react to what the offense is running then that's on the coaches. If it was just one or two plays then I'd be less critical of Haslett and put more of the onus on the players but that isn't the case. When the players are prepared and in position to make a play, they've responded with turnovers and touchdowns.
