What a national tragedy that brought out the best in all of us. Today we remember those who lost their lives on that horrific day on September 11th, as well as those who are in battle and in harms way protecting our freedoms.
God bless the families of those left behind. God bless America. We'll never forget.

By the way, does this thread of all threads, have to be under "Debating with the enemy"? I wish we could move it to the parking lot.

Agreed. Can we put aside our differences for this and find a common ground as we remember those who died and those who risk their lives for is every day.

I remember that day like it was yesterday. I remember staying at home watching the News before having to leave for a meeting. As I was driving the news reporter was talking about the warnings going out about bridges and tunnels could also be targets as I was entering the Downtown Tunnel. It was the longest 1/2 mile I have ever driven through that tunnel.
