Is this something that the team and NFL have been sitting on for a month or more? Alvin Walton 08-31-2012, 10:05 PM See, we should have drafted Burfict #1. He was a great college player, they got a steal. SmootSmack 08-31-2012, 10:35 PM Smoot, how soon does the NFL notify the team after a player fails a test? Is this something that the team and NFL have been sitting on for a month or more? Pretty soon. But it sounds like denial of appeal may have just happened on Monday. NFL and teams are very tight lipped about this stuff and it's not like players would talk about it so that's why it's usually close to impossible to get inside word on suspensions JGisLordOfTheRings 08-31-2012, 10:41 PM Drayton Florence released by Denver Broncos - NFL.com (http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000057317/article/broncos-reportedly-release-cb-drayton-florence?module=HP11_headline_stack) Harris? He lacks ideal size for the position (5-foot-11, 195 pounds) but he has a knack for being around the ball. Brown had arguably the best preseason on the team, finishing third with 10 tackles, recording three fumble recoveries, intercepting one pass and recovering an onside kick. Undersized- I know but he was productive. Safety is the weakest position on the team. |
