It does not work for me. No matter how you try to spin it...wrong is wrong. No matter how many were cheating, it does not make Lance any More right. It just makes all the rest wrong to.
Next time you get a speeding ticket....try telling the cop "WTF dude, everybody was speeding. You can't single out me!"
See how that works........

BOOM! end thread...nice post Hog1.

You think this guy is apologetic? Its bullsh*t, only reason he is crying like a bitch is because he got caught period. He's not a hero

I also found this article linked on Reddit:

Long read (http://www.outsideonline.com/outdoor-adventure/biking/road-biking/My-Life-With-Lance-Armstrong.html?page=all)

The writer does admit his own fault in the situation, but it seems people are forgetting the most important fallout of this- Forget the doping. What about the lives he actively sought to destroy to protect his image?

It's a shame it all went down like this.

Lance is a fraud, but at the end of the day he beat cancer in amazing fashion, and still won 7 Tour De France's. Sure he was doping, but from what FRPLG is saying, so was everyone else, so the playing field was level right? lol.

At least he founded Livestrong and raised millions for cancer research. Hey may be a fraud as far as the doping, but he's done a hell of a lot of good and amazing things too.

To me the biggest shame is he would've been a great story without the PEDs the way he beat cancer. I was also hoping he would stick it to USADA and WADA which are two of the most corrupt organizations on the planet.

Unfortunately Livestrong does not donate to cancer research rather it does awareness programs as well as support for those dealing with and surviving cancer. There was great expose about Livestrong in Outside magazine last spring. If I can find a link I will post it.

Former employee says Lance Armstrong made his life 'very, very unpleasant' - ESPN (http://espn.go.com/sports/endurance/story/_/id/8860572/former-employee-says-lance-armstrong-made-life-very-very-unpleasant)

I hope all these people he tried to run end up suing his ass so he ends up broke and penniless. It would serve this self righteous douche bag some good. **** Lance.

Then you have idiots like this guy who's been defending Lance Armstrong for the better part of a decade.

Lance Armstrong's history of lying - ESPN (http://espn.go.com/espn/story/_/id/8852974/lance-armstrong-history-lying)

I find it laughable the guy acts so butthurt, when he's been denying reality for quite some time now.

They won't win that case and will just spend money they don't have on lawyers. I think I read the Post Office is around 15 BILLION in debt but it finds money to sponsor a racing team. Seems they even got that wrong.

Sorry debt. How was it a good idea? People see him race and decide to mail a letter using the Us post office?LOL

Well they have to prove damages...which will be hard. Since they spent years and years trying to convince people first about all the value the sponsorship gave them. So there's tons of evidence counter to damage. I think this is a extremely complicated case. It isn't as simple as "he cheated"
