NFCE - Giants (only because Philly and Dallas will have bad years and we're one year away)
NFCN - Packers
NFCS - Falcons
NFCW - 49ers
wildcards: Bears, Redskins

AFCE - Patriots
AFCN - Ravens
AFCS - Texans
AFCW - Broncos (won division last year with Tebow...now have Manning!)
wildcards: Bengals, Chiefs

Super Bowl: 49ers over Texans

The 49ers have an incredible defense and offensive line, plus a dangerous rushing attack and they have really stocked up on WRs to help Alex Smith with Crabtree, Manningham, Randy Moss. In Harbaugh's first year, they went 13-3 and were a fumbled punt return away from going to the Super Bowl.

The Texans made a deep run with a rookie, unknown, 3rd-string QB. Same strengths as San Fran, RBs Foster and Tate, defense, offensive line and Andre Johnson who's one of the best in the league if he can stay on the field this year.

The Redskins will take the last Wild Card spot at 9-7. Next year, we'll take the Division and maybe win a playoff game or two. RGIII, year 3, Super Bowl contenders.

Interesting San Diego seems to be a "comeback" team making the playoffs. I think of any division AFC West is the biggest toss up...and maybe the most under rated. Kansas City is loaded with talent all over the field. Denver with the Peyton effect, Oakland who can play really well at times, but seems unable to sustain it, much like San Diego.

With Ryan Mathews' health in question and the loss of Vincent Jackson, I don't see a huge leap for them. Norv is just a curse. :D

I see the Steelers finally regressing and the Bengals leapfrogging them in the division with all of their young talent and solid D.

The Chiefs will have a good year, they made some nice pickups this offseason, however, Denver finished ahead of them last year with Orton and Tebow so I have to expect them to do it again with Peyton Manning.

I'm also leaving the popular pick of the Lions out of my predictions. Stafford had a monster year last season but that's also the first season he's been healthy. Chances are, based on his history, he won't play 16 games. Jahvid Best is a mess physically, LeShoure is suspended AND injured...their running game won't be a factor, so it's going to be another year of Calvin Johnson carrying the offense. A huge factor is going to be the team's, especially the defensive players' lack of discipline on and off the field. How many arrests have they had this offseason? How many suspensions will they get this year? Suh? Avril?

They have a ton of talent, but I don't see the team holding it together for a whole season.
