I don't know how long she was sitting for, but if it was hot enough to give her a 3rd degree burn, she probably wasn't sitting for too long. They have 3 statues in the plaza behind centerfield at Nationals Ballpark that sit on black marble bases. I made the mistake of leaning on one last summer - it seriously hurt like hell and I could imagine that if I'd had more pressure at the contact point it might have left a mark of some kind. Those things get hot as hell!

lotta people saying sophmore slump for Dalton...I just dont see it. Last night him and Matty Ice were in mid season form. That throw to AJ was perfect.

I honestly feel like Cams more likely to have a sophmore slump than Andy who has the premier WR, the young physical TE and OL, the no fumble RB and the tough defense over cam who has 10 RBs an ok OL an aging but still decent WR and a defense thats still maturing.

Pass on Shipley. Cincy not exactly with a ton of WR talent outside of AJ Green to be cutting a player who had a decent rookie year. Ton of red flags. pass pass pass

I'm sure she got skin grafts just for the hell of it.

You don't expect to burn your ass when you sit down on a bench. Spilling hot coffee on yourself, yeah the expectation is you're gonna get burned.

Sometimes people do get legitimately hurt, and sometimes yes a 3rd party needs to take some responsibility. Not every suit is trash like the hot coffee deal.

I'm not questioning whether the skin grafts were legit, I'm sure she actually suffered 3rd degree burns as a result of this. I'm just questioning how long she had to sit on that bench before she realized her ass was burning. If she sat down and immediately suffered 3rd degree burns within a reasonable time span than sure the Cowboys should be held responsible. But if she sat on the bench for half an hour with her ass burning the whole time I wouldn't put that on the Cowboys.

If that's the case she must have a crazy pain threshold

I'm just throwing out guesses here, I haven't seen anything that indicated how long she sat on the bench. I'm sure we'll get more info if this case actually goes to trial.

I'd bet she settles to the tune of six figures

Actually going back to my wiki chart for burns they have 3rd and 4th degree listed as painless. I am guessing it literally burns up your nerves.

Yeah who knows, maybe she was sitting there for a while not aware of the extent of it. Maybe it's like sitting in the sun for a while, it's not until hours later that you really feel the burn and the pain sets in.
