If I was GM I don't think I could let a player like Alexander go. Hasselbeck didn't have what we call a good year last year. So if you were the GM of the Seahawks who would slap the tag with. Shaun Alexander is a beast of a running back and you can't let someone as good and as young as him go. Hasselbeck is older plus with the season he had last year it wouldn't be that hard to find a solid replacement for him.
