He'll look as good as advertised.
Luck looked darn good, at least in highlights, I missed the game. Anxious to see the two compete in a couple of weeks!!

As long as we are creating competition at WR, Lee Evans anyone?
Jaguars dump Lee Evans - Yahoo! Sports (http://sports.yahoo.com/news/jaguars-dump-lee-evans-215607895--nfl.html)

I'm sure the jets will also look at Chad, he fits that circus team well

Nicks cleared his physical, has been removed from the Physically Unable to Perform list and is now on the active roster.

I'm surprised. Chad's always clowning around, but what he's being charged with seems out of character for him. Literally.
One of the things I've kept wondering since this story has come out is has Johnson experienced some sort of head trauma from playing football. It obviously in no way justifies his actions but it at least explains them as it really does seem out of character for him to do something like this.

Well, apparently he had a similar charge brought against him (and subsequent probation) back in college. I don't know the details of that incident, nor this one really.
But I do know that for 12 years in the NFL the worst he did was that people just didn't like his "goofiness" Never mind the work he put in. Shame that now there's a lot of "told you so"

I'll second that. For the better part of his career he backed up his talk, and his talk is the worst thing he's ever done. It's kinda ridiculous that people are using the fact that he's an attention whore to justify their opinions now. He's hardly as bad as some of the guys in the NFL.

For now. He'll get hurt again. He always does.
Victor Cruz is better than him anyway.

He smacked his girlfriend in the face after accusing her of cheating on him. He was charged with Domestic Battery and did not complete his punishments of graffiti removal and violence counseling on time. He was granted an extension and finally completed it. He also had 3 years probation.
SO...that argument of "but he's not a bad person" hasn't ever really been true.

Of course he's not the worst, we have had murderers and rapists on active rosters around the league. But, it's not an excuse for his own lowlife actions and crimes. I have zero respect for any man that strikes a woman...even if she deserves it. If she's attacking you with a knife, you have to do what you need to do to defend yourself, but this wasn't the case. He just has a habit of abusing women.
